Inselaffe.com is my small space on the Internet where I can describe my hobbies, my dogs, the work I do and any other topics that I want to share.

I have been very ill recently and I am still not out of the woods. I have been describing my experiences in dealing with cancer on FaceBook. I update there every day my status for family and friends. If you interested in following this contact me and I will allow access but only if I know you. So don't even try to ask if you do not know me.

A section of the site describes my attempt at building an airplane. A two seat tandem Vans RV-4. The site also has my photo album with pictures of my plane, my dogs and any other stuff that interests me. I have inserted a Unix section, as I make my living in the IT Industry and having a quick reference to Unix knowledge is vital for me. Lastly I have added a section with my curriculum vitae. This area describes my work experience to date.

Why Islandmonkey? Well a German friend of mine gave me the name because I am a Brit. Germans sometimes call us Brits "Islandmonkeys" as we sit on our little island in splendid isolation and look down on everyone else in Europe.
